Step off Musa Yar’Adua Street and into a full creative studio built entirely around making things.
Screeded white walls hold large modern African-style paintings, on display and genuinely for sale, and the light shifts through the day, bright white in the morning, warm lamplight by evening, so no two sessions feel quite the same.
Beyond the easel, Alali is also home to Alali Gallery, Silent Book Club VI and Chess Hour, so there’s always something happening in the building even outside a painting session.
Guests come here for the everyday walk-in as much as the big private moment, a bridal shower, a birthday, an anniversary, a proposal, a corporate afternoon that turns into something people actually talk about after.

Guests paint on canvas, tote bags, mats and platters, or work with candle making, pottery, hand casting, drip a bear, raffia painting and selfie portraiture, all taught by SPNL’s instructor team
