Ajah.

Ajah sits at the eastern edge of the Lekki-Epe corridor, past Ikate and the Chevron axis, where Lagos starts to feel less like a city and more like a coastal escape. It's grown fast over the past decade, once considered the outer edge of town, now a busy hub of new estates, markets, and everyday commerce that's pulled a lot of young families and first-time homeowners further out along the coast in search of space and affordability. It has a different rhythm than VI, Lekki, or Ikoyi, less curated, more community-driven, with a mix of local markets, roadside food spots, and newer gated developments sitting side by side. What Ajah does have, and what draws people out this far, is the coastline itself: some of Lagos's most open, uncrowded stretches of beach are just a short drive from here. Sip and Paint .NG has made its way out to Ajah through Avista Beach, bringing our guided painting experience right onto the sand with the ocean as the backdrop. It's a different kind of session, sun, sea breeze, and a canvas in hand, and part of our continued growth across Lagos as we bring creativity to every corner of the city.
